Return Policy

Return / Change / Replacement

All products purchased from the website can be returned for replacement / change with a larger or smaller number or change / replacement in the product selection, if there are available stocks. The store also reserves the right to pursue a refund policy.


In any case, the customer will be charged with the return and shipping costs. In any case, the customer can contact the store by phone or via e-mail to regulate the shipping process, having the right to choose a different product of equal or greater value. The return and shipping costs amount to 5 euros and the shipment will be made exclusively with the institution we work with.

Money return
The refund policy is followed in the following cases:
– The product should be in its original packaging at the time of receipt by the customer.
– The product must be in its original condition (as it was at the time of delivery to the customer) and must not have suffered any damage or other defects.
– The customer should contact the store by phone or via e-mail with the website (information listed in the “Contact” section) within 3 days of receipt.
– The product must be accompanied by the corresponding documents that the customer received upon receipt (receipt, invoice).

The return will be made within 3 working days by deposit in the bank account indicated by the customer.

The customer will be charged with the cost of returning the product.
Refund is possible only for purchases made electronically ( and does not apply to purchases from our physical stores.

Wrong shipment

If the customer received a product different from that of his choice, he must inform by phone or e-mail, the store or respectively, based on the information listed in the “Contact” section of our website, within 3 days upon receipt. You will be given instructions for its return and replacement, to which the customer will have no charge.
